Description Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will assist in the daily processes leading to satisfied customers. They will answer phones from both internal and external clients giving exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Answer customer service calls in a timely manner, as well as, being friendly, courteous, and respectful. Answer emails within 24 business hours, regardless of internal or external customer. Enter cash/checks data verifying information and assuring accuracy of information. Research and resolve customer billing issues, policy issues and payment issues. Effectively communicates with owners, department managers and staff Supports department and company in all functions necessary for month end close. Perform any other duties as assigned Requirements Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred One to three years of customer service experience in a call center environment. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to answer phones, including conference calls, possible multiple lines. Ability to organize and present information in a neat and effective manner Ability to manage multiple tasks, while keeping focused on the details Ability to exercise good judgment Ability to grasp new tasks/software/equipment quickly, efficiently and accurately Detail oriented Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) Ability to type accurately and quickly Ability to be self directed and goal oriented. Typical Physical Demands: Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting-up to 25 pounds; requires normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.
