Responsibilities

DO YOU WANT TO PLAY A KEY ROLE IN KEEPING OUR FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION SHARP WHILE HELPING ACCELERATE THE ENERGY TRANSITION?

As an Accounting Employee (full-time) at FincoEnergies, you will manage the financial administration of multiple entities. Your work ensures accurate and timely reporting, from processing invoices and reconciling period-end results to preparing VAT and CBS returns and supporting process improvements.
You will join our International Marine division and report directly to the Finance Director. Your role is to ensure that our financial administration runs smoothly and supports the business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ACCOUNTING EMPLOYEE

  • Handle daily financial operations: process purchase, sales, and bank transactions, and validate invoices for accuracy.
  • Contribute to month- and year-end close and audits, including booking accruals and explaining results.
  • Post invoices to the right cost centers, respond to supplier questions, and manage internal recharges.
  • Process daily bank statements, set up payments, and reconcile intercompany balances.
  • Create accounts receivable/payable reports, share insights on outstanding invoices with Sales, and prepare reports on exceptional items.
  • Manage and organize digital documents, ensuring accurate structure and easy accessibility.
