JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a high level of integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an accounting executive, accountant, or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Tally or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.

• Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting principles.
• Support the preparation and coordination of audits.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in tax preparation and filings in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial procedures and controls.
