  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting business decisions through strong financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, billing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Bookkeeping & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Auditing Support: Assist with both internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
  • Internal Payments: Process intercompany transactions and internal fund transfers.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and internal controls.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Maintain fixed asset register, track depreciation, and ensure asset verification.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide insights into financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Policy & Control Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and financial best practices.
  • Liaison with External Parties: Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Support for Management Reporting: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and board packs.
  • Cost Control & Analysis: Track operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support efficiency initiatives.
