Overview The position of Intern will perform duties relative to their department to assist in achieving the overall goals of the Bank. The role will require some essential functions to be performed independently, however, the incumbent will often be expected to work in a team environment as well. Responsibilities Analyze deposit and service fee data and prepare summary reports Assist with Excel model review, formula validation, and basic VBA cleanup Support Power BI dashboard development and enhancements Document financial reporting processes and data sources Help standardize and improve internal financial reports Participate in job shadowing and cross-functional learning Performs a wide variety of tasks depending on the departmental assignment. These functions may encompass providing technical or customer support, administrative responsibilities or other tasks related to the department operations or programs. Builds understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and/or all other aspects of service. Proactively engages with team and other internal departments to understand business responsibilities and goals. Learns and becomes familiar with internal systems and software. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Education High School Diploma is required Students entering their Junior or Senior year of college Additional Requirements Strong analytical and computer skills Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Previous employment experience in a bank, accounting or finance environment is preferred Strong customer service skills and experience preferred Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis for any employer without restriction Visa Sponsorship will not be provided for this position Expected Pay Range The expected annual pay range for this role is $34,093 to $40,609. This pay range is the annual salary we in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation paid may fluctuate higher or lower than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future due to several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications, internal equity, adjustments to the requirements and responsibilities of the job, business needs, and economic and market data.
