Accounting/Finance Manager

We are seeking an Accounting/Finance Manager in Torrance, California, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, overseeing financial services, and utilizing various accounting software systems for efficient operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team’s success by driving financial management strategies and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial operations
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and management
• Implement and manage BlackLine software to automate and control financial close operations
• Use Concur for travel and expense management
• Leverage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Manage and report on annual revenue for the organization
• Implement and manage financial strategies and plans.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with BlackLine and Concur software
• In-depth understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of various accounting functions
• Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in auditing and billing functions
• Ability to manage and report on annual revenue
