• Own full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and GL impact across all transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage events, grants, salary reimbursements, and deferred revenue.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with non-profit accounting standards.
