Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system and manual Books of Accounts Handles preparation of journal entries, including accruals and adjustments Prepares Lapsing Schedule of Fixed Assets Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances Handles the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records and supporting documents Assists in preparing payroll and employees’ commission. Handles monthly remittances of government mandated benefits. Assist in tax compliance and preparation of required reports (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and schedules Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduate of Accountancy or Finance Strong background experience in AP, AR, General and Taxation Proficiency in tax preparation software (ex: eFPS, loose-leaf) and accounting systems (ex: QB) With experience of knowledge in Book of Accounts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Good communication and written skills. Proficiency in Excel (knowledgeable in v-lookup is a plus)
