Responsibilities
  • Receive and maintain accounts payable documentation, including, but not limited to: material delivery tickets, invoices and payments
  • Scan and classify documentation as necessary
  • Review and compare invoices to purchase orders for accuracy and obtain approval
  • Code and enter invoices into system
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls
  • HR duties as needed:
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist with HR reports as needed
  • Help organize and conduct onboarding orientation and trainings
  • Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Track mandatory trainings, certifications, and policy acknowledgments
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities or events
  • Support wellness and recognition programs
  • Help with performance review cycle logistics (reminders, scheduling, collecting survey data)
  • Prepare HR-related presentations, newsletters, or communications
  • Attend Career Fairs
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive topics
