Description We are seeking a Accounting/ HR Rep to become an integral part of our team! By adding value to our customers, we add value to society. Description: Financial stewardship to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting under GAAP. Liaison for employee benefits programs at this location. This position has counterparts at 3 other locations and will report to company Controller. Unlimited support is available. Opportunities for additional training and increased skill set are available with additional compensation. What winning looks like: Be dependable based on agreed upon schedule. All absences are pre-planned or excused. Accurate and timely general ledger, payroll, A/R, A/P, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting. Month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements for external auditors. Ensure payroll, benefits implementation, and 401k admin. Facilitate onboarding and other miscellaneous tasks. Serve as liaison between employees and providers. Be familiar with benefits offerings to answer FAQ's.
