ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dependable, ethical, and detail-oriented Accounting & Internal Controls Analyst to support our operations. This role will primarily focus on internal audit support and accounts payable responsibilities, with the potential to take on payroll duties in the future. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Audit Support

  • Assist with internal audits of inventory, procedures, and compliance controls
  • Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain detailed audit documentation and internal tracking logs

Accounts Payable

  • Review, match, and process invoices accurately and on time
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors to manage inquiries and payment schedules
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and expense accruals

Payroll (Future Opportunity)

  • Support the preparation of payroll records and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Grow into managing the end-to-end payroll process
