Description Job Type: Internship/Temporary (Summer 2026; 10 -12 weeks) Job Location: Monterey, CA POSITION SUMMARY PRO*ACT is looking for an Accounting Summer Intern to support our team in a fast-paced produce distribution environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in accounting operations, reporting, and month-end processes while working alongside a collaborative team. Some of the key responsibilities include: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, including invoice entry and tracking Support data entry and maintenance of financial records Help with account and bank reconciliations Prepare spreadsheets and basic financial reports Assist with month-end close tasks Organize and maintain digital documentation Support audit and compliance activities Contribute to process improvement or data clean-up projects POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Exceptional Team Oriented Culture On Site gym Casual attire FUN, rewarding environment!
