Through the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, financial recordkeeping, and internal controls, you help ensure the Club operates with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail that define the Amara experience. QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll administration, financial operations, hospitality accounting, or a related accounting support role. * Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, month-end activities, and financial recordkeeping with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proficiency with accounting software, payroll platforms, Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications, and business management systems; experience with TriNet Payroll and other HRIS systems. * Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, financial documentation, and administrative processes. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. * Ability to build productive working relationships with employees, members, vendors, and business partners while providing exceptional service and responsiveness. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environments. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
