JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily accounting operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. This role supervises the accounting team, ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and contributes to the preparation of financial reports. The Accounting Manager plays a key role in improving efficiency and supporting organizational financial goals.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)

KNOWLEDGE

• Accounting Operations including daily operations, AP, AR, PR and general ledger
• Team Leadership including mentorship, feedback, support the CFO
• Financial Reporting including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, prepare budgets
• Compliance and Internal Controls including GAAP and internal audits
• Process Improvement

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in job cost accounting and project-based work on environment, knowledge of SOX compliance and audit preparation, familiarity with tax preparation and reporting
