Job Description Summary: · Responsible for all daily activities of the Accounting Department, including AR, AP, Invoicing, Disbursements, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Business and Property taxes, etc · Accountable for accuracy of quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as monthly P&L analysis and cash management · Primary contact for annual financial statement and 401K audits · Enforce internal controls and compliance with GAAP · Manage and coach Accounting staff to optimize efficiency and accuracy · Provide analytical and cash management support to CFO Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with finance concentration a plus. · Professional certification CPA, MBA in Finance · 6+ years of Accounting work experience in public Accounting and private industry. · Private experience at a company with $100MM+ revenue and inventory. · Work experience that demonstrates proven track record of achievement and ability to affect change and impact company performance · Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, and ability to grasp financial aspects of operations and complex sales transactions. Responsibilities
