QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years of financial management experience in a small to medium sized company
- Inventory accounting experience and offshore production
- SaaS accounting experience and software revenue recognition
- International accounting experience
- NetSuite experience – participation in ERP implementation a plus
- CPA is a plus
- Enthusiasm for the golf industry

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the Accounting Manager, based in Stamford, CT, you will join our growing finance department in a hands-on role with a broad set of responsibilities. The role will be working with a small staff and directly reporting to the Corporate Controller. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with a broad accounting background with an opportunity for career growth in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage all accounting functions (general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, collections, inventory, cash management) through monthly close.
- Manage the accounting for two international subsidiaries.
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Accounting for revenue recognition and deferred revenue for all customer transactions.
- Selection and implementation of new ERP system.
- Manage annual audit and income tax returns with external CPA firm.
- Oversee Sales tax compliance and filings for all required jurisdictions.
- Periodic reporting responsibilities to banks and investors.
- Maintain company equity and stock records.
