Description
· Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. · Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. · Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts on a regular basis, including project finances and progress reports. · Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management. · Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and tax requirements, including filings with BIR · Coordinate and manage the annual audit process. · Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning. · Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position Graduate with a BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards and tax regulation/laws. Working experience in handling general accounting and reporting and tax management. Strong leadership with skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting. With proven work experience as an Accounting Manager in the chemical trading and rental industry. MUST HAVE : • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Experience in Budgeting • Experience in Forecasting • Strong leadership with skills in Financial Reports • Experience in Taxation
