Description

Responsibility: As an Accounting Manager, you will: Lead accounting team to perform month, quarter and year-end closing in compliance with IFRS and CAS; Implementing corporate accounting policies and procedures; Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and account analysis; Participate in the preparation and process of the annual audit, tax filing; Liaise and coordinate our banking relationships and activity; Liaise and coordinate our tax activities and relationship; Play an integral role in the continued development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company’s financial accounting systems; Manage the AP, AR, FA, GL. Prepare all financial statements (P&L, B/S, Cash flow); Responsible for calculation and filing of sales and income tax for various tax authorities; Coach and develop accounting team; Work on multiple complex projects owning the process from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy. Competency: A university degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting; CPA preferred; 10 years accounting experience; Public Accounting experience preferred; Strong knowledge of IFRS and CAS including experience in the preparation of financial statements; Exposure to SAP and HFM accounting systems a plus; A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and a good team leader; Excellent communication, written, and oral skills. Good command of English both oral and written; Must show accountability, be a team player and operate with a sense of urgency; Able to travel between Suzhou, Beijing and Wuxi on monthly basis;

Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team in closing processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and CAS. They will also manage financial statements, tax filings, and develop the accounting team.
