With multiple industrial projects currently under construction and 9 projects totaling over 1.5M SF currently in development across the GTA, Beedie is looking for talented individuals to join our growing Ontario team as we continue to be built for good.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a unique opportunity to join the rapidly growing Toronto office of Beedie, Western Canada’s largest industrial developer and landlord. The right candidate will be a natural leader who has a strategic mindset and can effectively partner across the business.
The Accounting Manager will lead a team and oversee all aspects of the accounting operations of the Toronto office, including asset management, property management, construction and development, and the associated reporting to ownership, partners and clients. This role will collaborate closely with the BC based accounting and finance leadership team to develop and align processes, internal controls, and deliverables in a manner that meets the unique needs of the Toronto office, while maintaining the appropriate level of consistency across the Group. In this role, the Accounting Manager will provide decision support across the Toronto office and work closely with the business leaders to help advance their objectives across Eastern Canada and our Asset Management platform.
