JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, and knowledge of the restaurant industry. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage the accounting team while collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives.

SKILLS

  • Experience with accounting software, particularly Sage, is highly desirable.

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve Daily Sales Summaries
  • Analyzes and reports company expenditures for month end processes
  • Enters journal adjustments into accounting system
  • Reconciles Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable GL accounts
  • Assists with accounting inquiries and vendor statements
  • Monthly Sales Tax calculations
  • Adds new vendors into accounting system
  • Maintain up to date vendor COI’s in Google Drive
  • Update weekly payroll entries and tip reconciliations
  • Reconcile BEO deposit revenue
  • Manage bank activity by coding credits and deposits, and accurately coding credit card transactions
