Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Background in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) is highly desirable
  • Proficient in NetSuite, with hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, and Inventory modules
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, inventory accounting, and standard costing methods
  • Proven experience managing month-end close and leading accounting operations
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skill
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions
  • Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance
  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP and maintain strong internal controls across accounting operations
  • Coordinate and support external audits, including the preparation of schedules and audit documentation
  • Support tax compliance and regulatory filings as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, particularly within NetSuite
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A on inventory, costing, and manufacturing-related accounting
