Description

Contract-to-hire Accounting Manager:Responsibilities will include:

Supervise the accounting department and responsible for month-end close and monthly financial statement preparation.
Weekly cashflow and forecast review.
Supervise AP, AR, and Payroll.
Monthly tax estimate preparation and coordinate tax return preparation with CPA firm.
Coordinate annual audit preparation.
Report directly to the CFO and President.
Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
You must pass a background check.

Note: This is an in-office position only – no remote
