Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 + bonus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with some leadership or supervisory exposure preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• The Accounting Manager will lead the month-end close process and oversee financial reporting
• Manage and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Supervise accounting staff and support their development
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Partner with operations and leadership on key financial decisions
• Handle ad hoc projects and strategic analysis as needed
