Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our nonprofit organization in North Nashville. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health and transparency of our mission-driven work.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager , preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

PREFERRED SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

  • Experience with grant tracking and restricted funds
  • Familiarity with donor management systems
