  • Previous experience in accounting management (min. 3 years)
  • Min. bachelor degree in accounting/finance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Passion and drive for work, learning and developing yourself
  • Fluent Hungarian and intermediate English
  • Proactive attitude
Responsibilities
  • Mange monthly closing activities and review the work of the team
  • Provide support to the team in complicated accounting cases and assist them in the solution
  • Manage local audits and prepare financial statement based on HAS
  • Implement Accounting Governance plans, accounting policies, processes and standards
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of robust controls for Accounting Governance
  • Provide consulting and analysis on Accounting matters for the team and senior management
  • Design Accounting solutions that reflect best practices and will work across multiple business units
  • Analyse Accounting activities to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement enhancement
  • Incorporate changes in accounting standards, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards on existing and new transactions
