Description We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting operations, lead a team of accountants, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and review general ledger entries and account reconciliations Ensure accurate recording of transactions in compliance with accounting standards Review and approve disbursements and cash flow distribution models Analyze legal documents and transactions for appropriate accounting treatment Assess impacts of repurchase transactions and prepayments on cash flow and financial reporting Lead, mentor, and support a team of accountants Drive process improvements and maintain documentation standards Support external audits and tax return preparation Prepare management reports, investor communications, and ad hoc financial analyses Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience Proven supervisory and team leadership skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
