Job Title: Accounting Manager (F&B Sector) Location: Taif, Saudi Arabia Agency: Taj HR Job Overview We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role is ideal for a financial leader who understands the fast-paced nature of the hospitality sector and is ready to drive financial excellence within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Cost Control: Monitor and analyze F&B costs, manage variances, and implement effective waste-reduction strategies. Compliance: Ensure full adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local financial laws. Inventory & Audit: Supervise stocktaking processes and ensure seamless integration between POS systems and the general ledger. Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth. Leadership: Direct and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. Industry Focus: Proven expertise specifically within the F&B or Hospitality sector. Market Knowledge: Solid experience within the GCC market is essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced ERP systems and financial reporting software. Joining Status: Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
