YOUR ROLE

As an Accounting Manager, you will be instrumental in transitioning the full accounting function in-house, which has until now been handled by external tax advisors. You’ll design and implement robust accounting processes, ensure compliance with German GAAP (HGB), and contribute to the financial integrity of our fast-growing company. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and collaborates closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
