WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS)

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance with professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MNCs or professional firms
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience with SAP FI and accounting system enhancements and automation
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage change, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines
  • High adaptability, resilience, and self-motivation

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join Bosch on a contractual basis for a tenure of three years. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, overseeing accounting processes, and partnering with business units to enhance financial performance. As Accounting Manager, you will also collaborate closely with an experienced team to support key financial tasks and initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Lead month-end/year-end closings and prepare financial statements & reports.
  • Manage external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS and tax regulations.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system upgrades (SAP FI Key User).
  • Monitor financial statements, working capital, and cash flow; identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee payments, banking, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Track KPIs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Act as a business partner to support decision-making and align accounting with business goals.
  • Handle statutory survey submissions and ad-hoc compliance reporting.
