  A successful FMCG international business specialising in consumer products is looking for an Accounting Manager to be based in Hamburg. The role of accounting manager will have responsibility for all of the accounting activities. You will be the focal point for tax and accounting providers and a reference point for all customers and suppliers.
  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in accounting - a background in FMCG is a definite plus.
  Previous team management experience would be beneficial to oversee a small team of two accounting staff. An excellent knowledge of Excel software or similar is ideal. In addition to being a fluent German speaker you must also be fluent in English, another European language like Italian would be useful but not essential.
  We can only consider EU nationals who speak German and English - the role is available to work remotely with one or two days a week in the Hamburg office. Our client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package for the right candidate.
