The role ensures accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the integrity of internal controls. The Accounting Manager further supports the strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and collaborates closely with the senior management. Key Responsibilities: Assist with corporate accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and fixed assets. Oversee and support the account receivables team. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting. Establishes and maintains accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and Group Accounting standards, based on best practices approaches. Help develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity. Reconciles and adjusts bank accounts to manage cash flow. Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). CPA certification is strongly preferred. Minimum of 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems and financial software. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in audit coordination and financial compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
