Accounting Manager Opportunity | Build, Lead, and Optimize Financial Performance Position Detail: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive efficiency and compliance across the finance function. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls Lead the month-end and year-end close processes Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management Pay Rate: $118k-$$125k D.O.E. / Application End Date 04/30/2026 Apply today!
