About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Accounting Manager to lead the financial reporting and operational accounting efforts. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and a proven ability to produce clear financial insights and reporting deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments—especially within small business or private equity-backed organizations—and is comfortable managing financial relationships and partnering with executive leadership.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or other relevant professional certification is highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
• Direct experience working with small businesses and/or private equity-backed companies is strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and managing external financial relationships (e.g., banks, auditors, etc.).

SKILLS:

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial acumen.
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAGE, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and confidently.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment.

  Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
