Job Objective Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager toversee and strengthen the accounting operations across multiple entities within the group. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and strong cost control practices that support the companys financial stability and growth. The Accounting Manager will lead and mentor the Chief Accountants and accounting teams across entities, ensuring consistent accounting practices, disciplined reporting processes, and reliable financial data that support decision-making across the organization. Working closely with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams, the role will alshelp improve accounting systems, strengthen internal controls, and ensure operational alignment between finance and business teams. Expected Deliverables Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities, including monthly closing, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements. Standardize accounting practices and processes across outlets and entities tensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Strengthen cost monitoring and operational financial discipline, supporting management in improving profitability and cost control. Build and develop a capable accounting team, enabling Chief Accountants and GA teams texecute reliably and consistently. III. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Accounting Leadership & Team Management Manage and mentor Chief Accountants and accounting teams across the group. Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and high-performance accounting culture. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and support the professional development of team members. Provide guidance and training on accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting procedures. Ensure consistency and standardization of accounting practices across all entities and outlets. 2. Financial Reporting & Closing Management Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements across all entities. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Supervise the monthly closing process and ensure completeness of accounting records. Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial data integrity. Ensure financial reports are prepared in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies. 3. Cost Control & Operational Support Monitor and analyze operational costs across the group tsupport profitability. Work closely with operations teams tidentify cost optimization opportunities. Ensure proper allocation and recording of expenses across entities and outlets. Highlight unusual cost fluctuations and financial risks tmanagement. Support operational teams in implementing effective cost monitoring procedures. 4. Accounting Compliance, Tax & Audit Coordination Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies across entities. Oversee tax declarations and ensure timely submission of all statutory tax filings. Coordinate internal and external audits and support tax inspections when required. Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors when necessary. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all accounting transactions. 5. Financial Analysis & Management Reporting Conduct variance analysis and review financial performance across entities and outlets. Prepare management reports highlighting financial performance, trends, and key risks. Provide reliable accounting data and explanations tsupport financial analysis by the Finance team. Support senior management with insights on operational and financial performance. 6. Budgeting & Forecasting Support Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate accounting data and historical financial information. Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and highlight significant variances. Work closely with the Finance team tensure alignment between accounting data and financial planning. 7. Systems & Process Oversight Oversee the effective use and implementation of accounting systems across the group. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within accounting systems. Ensure proper integration between accounting systems and operational systems such as POS and inventory systems. Standardize accounting procedures and system usage across entities. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, Internal Control, and Treasury teams tensure smooth financial operations. Provide accounting support for operational initiatives and new outlet openings. Communicate financial insights and operational challenges clearly tstakeholders. 9. Process Improvement & Internal Control Identify opportunities timprove accounting processes and operational efficiency. Implement standardized procedures across accounting teams. Strengthen internal controls tminimize operational and financial risks. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. 10. Additional Responsibilities Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by the Finance Director. IV. Requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations. Experience Minimum 10 years of accounting and tax experience, preferably within F&B chains, retail, hospitality, or multi-entity businesses. At least 3 years in an accounting management role. Experience handling statutory reporting, tax compliance, and working with auditors and tax authorities. Experience in multi-entity or multi-outlet business environments is highly preferred. Experience in accounting system implementation or process improvement initiatives is an advantage. Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software; ERP system experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention tdetail. Effective leadership and team management capabilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability tmeet tight deadlines.
