SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPA or CMA to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, providing valuable insights to company leadership, and maintaining compliance with all relevant accounting and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• CPA or CMA license required.
• Two years of relevant experience in a similar role or public accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAGE100 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Design, implement, and maintain the company’s accounting system.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise company officers on financial matters, including tax planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Maintain company insurance policies.
• Provide back-up support for the Administrative Assistant as needed.
• Adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
