Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, accounting and closing tasks; ensure complying with accounting guidelines/policies and internal control procedures. Responsible for all tax matters including managing the incentives requirements and meeting regulatory submission. Responsible for treasury and corporate secretarial matters including reviewing of the cashflow forecast and preparation of board meetings/resolutions. Establish and improve local financial processes to adhere to applicable local regulations and reporting requirements. Be a valuable business partner to internal and external stakeholders, for accounting, financial reporting, and tax, providing up-to-date technical knowledge and advisory support. Support annual audit process by preparing relevant schedules and documentation, ensure timeliness in Group and Statutory reporting deadlines. Manage the service quality of shared services to ensure meeting compliance. Support finance-related projects e.g. process enhancement; digitalization initiatives. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Accounting or equivalent, 8 to 10 years of relevant accounting and tax experience, candidate with audit background with Big 4 Audit firm is preferred Sound knowledge of IFRS accounting guidelines Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skills and strong team player with collaborative mindset Able to work independently, positive attitude and willingness to take initiatives as well as ownerships. Proficient in SAP, Excel, technology savvy and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, or similar, is an advantage Good command of English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
