We are looking for an experienced and well-founded financial crafter with a profound financial skillset and you have strong capabilities of sharing your knowledge and developing others. Your solid experience gives you the ability to uncover improvement areas and translate best practice into daily operations. Your strong communicative skills enable you to communicate on all levels of the organization, while establishing strong collaborative ties. Furthermore, principles such as empowerment, engagement, and collaboration is an integrated part of your leadership approach.
Moreover, you have an economic degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, combined with a profound foundation in accounting on an operational level. Additionally, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager and are acknowledged for your management skillset and leadership qualities. Besides this, it is considered an advantage if you have experience working in an international company group with foreign subsidiaries, preferably within production.
It is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a professional level – both orally and written.
