Description

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager for our client TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions GmbH).
As “Accounting Manager (m/f/x)” you will manage the entire spectrum of operational
finance and accounting in a dynamic, heavily growing environment. In this key finance role
you will take responsibility for TIS’ global accounting, lead projects, steer junior team members
as well as external accountants and cooperate with partners as auditors and tax advisors.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
  • Professional Experience in Finance and Accounting gained in an auditing firm or in a
    midsized, fast moving Enterprise company. Experience with Software / SAAS

companies is a plus.

  • Working HGB knowledge and fundamental knowledge of corporate taxes is required
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programmes, especially Excel
  • Self-starter attitude. Strong will to take ownership of tasks
  • Conceptual and solution-orientated thinking and an independent and structured

workstyle

  • Strong analytical skills and sound experience in solving complex, quantitative issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills/ Team player
  • Resilience and ability to handle short-term inquiries
  • Business fluent both in English and in German
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel (approx. 4 business trips per year)
Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate all accounting matters
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB

and local GAAP

  • Cooperate with the external accountants in the international TIS subsidiaries (US,

Belgium and Bulgaria) and steer the international accounting based on the respective

jurisdictions

  • Prepare consolidated group figures for audit and group reporting
  • Take responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
  • Supervise operational tax matters
  • Prepare balance sheets in coordination with auditors and tax consultants
  • Act as central contact person for ongoing and close dialogue with tax advisors and

auditors

  • Take responsibility for company-wide projects.
  • Collaborate with junior finance team members, give guidance and coaching when

needed.
