OVERVIEW

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing MD Practice Solutions’ financial operations, including accounting, analytics, reporting, and support the organization and its clients in accounting processes.
This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, medical billing practices, and the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
As part of the leadership team, the Accounting Manager is responsible for establishing and implement the organization’s established strategic plan and priorities, ensuring to fulfill the mission, vision, and values in day-to-day operations.

DUTIES

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on medical billing or healthcare finance.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, insurance reimbursements, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
