Ready to join our team? Apply now! We are seeking a versatile individual to join the corporate accounting department to assist in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. This position reports to the Director of Finance. Pay / Schedule: Competitive and negotiable salary based on education, applicable certifications, and work experience. Flexible & Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~45 hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting. Provide financial and business leadership to all operations to ensure cost-effective decisions and strategy. Facilitate and complete the monthly close process. Ensure compliance with company policy and GAAP guidelines for financial reporting. Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure accuracy across the fiscal year. Assist in managing outside financial review/audit relationship. Support and manage monthly tax accrual and tax audits; tax law knowledge is a plus. Perform quality work to meet deadlines with or without direct supervision. Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects. An inventory costing and currency valuation background is a plus. All other duties as assigned.
