Job Details Job Location: 520 N Columbus Blvd - Philadelphia, PA 19123 Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary/year SUMMARY: As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. You will establish and maintain NET’s financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for individuals as indicated in our corporate vision, mission, and values statements. Must be able to demonstrate sensitivity in all oral and written communications in regard to persons served within the agency. Must have current State Criminal and FBI clearances and be free from contagious diseases. Ability to communicate verbally in English, read written or typed information, communicate legibly in writing, speak English clearly, and hear voice in conversational tone. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: (and other duties as assigned) Cost Reporting Backup for Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator Prepare A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliation and account analysis. Prepare monthly account reconciliations in addition to grant reports and various budgets and complete month end close. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting degree with 3-year experience Microsoft Dynamics GP Three years’ experience supporting management level staff: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word and Excel) at the intermediate to advanced level. Excellent time management and organizational skills Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve. Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an administrative/clerical capacity required. Experience in a behavioral health or social service setting preferred.
