Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking experienced Accounting Managers for its not-for-profit division.
Due to growth within the organization, they are seeking an Accounting Managers for a local remote position.l

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required:

• 4-year degree in accounting, finance or business with accounting/finance focus (or equivalent knowledge/experience), ability to manage priorities and functions, good human relations and communication skills, good data entry skills, and an understanding of and experience with personal computers, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including financial statement analytics and presentation to executives.
• Experience Supervising a team
• Business acumen and ability to communicate with individual owners, ownership groups and C level executives

Desirable:

• Public Accounting experience is a plus
• Experience managing and balancing time between multiple business units and /or multiple General Ledgers
• Accounting experience within the NFP Industry. Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) or public accounting environment.
• Ability to partner with customers and help organically grow the business.
