About the Role As our business continues to scale rapidly, we need someone who is hands-on, highly analytical, and relentlessly detail-oriented. This is not a “check the box” accounting position—this is for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and can lead both day-to-day operations and strategic improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who combines technical expertise with strong team development skills. You’ll oversee core accounting functions, drive process improvements, and help build a scalable infrastructure for the future. Performance Objectives 30 Days Complete onboarding for financial systems, internal controls, and company accounting protocols. Oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, reimbursements, cash reconciliation, and sales tax filings. Review and understand all financial schedules (accruals, prepaid amortizations) and software capitalization practices. Establish weekly 1:1s with your direct reports. 60 Days Ensure full compliance with payroll tax regulations and complete payroll account reconciliations across all jurisdictions. Process 95%+ of vendor payments on time and monitor AP aging reports to maintain
