Pacific CPA is a mid-sized public practice accounting firm with a long history in Nanaimo offering tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services to a wide variety of clients across multiple industries. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. Visit our website to learn more about our firm: https://pacificcpa.ca/about-us/
Are you a highly skilled and experienced CPA looking to continue advancing your career without sacrificing your personal life? Have you spent years developing your skills, spending a disproportionate amount of time at work in hopes of getting your next promotion, or title, and chasing a fleeting partnership opportunity that always seems out of reach? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are seeking an experienced practitioner who enjoys file preparation and client correspondence, but wants to be compensated fairly for the hours they put in. The ideal candidate would invest time in learning and adopting our firm’s file preparation process and standards. Once the candidate has clearly demonstrated their ability to effectively manage their workflow, complete their engagements with a high level of quality, and communicate complex information to clients in an easy-to-understand manner, we would work with you to assign and grow a block of clients. You would become their primary point of contact and prepare their year-end engagements, while also having access to all firm resources including file review, technical guidance, and administrative support. At this stage, you would become the signing authority on the engagements you manage and you would be entitled to a lucrative profit-sharing arrangement.
