  • 5+ years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.

  • 2+ years experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Accounting Department and partner with the owner on strategy and growth. This role is about owning the outcomes — ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining the highest quality of accounting work, and supporting a strong, collaborative team.
You’ll oversee a team of Bookkeepers, Tax Pros, and a CFO, while also using your own expertise in tax preparation and tax strategy to guide client work and support advanced planning. The right candidate is a natural leader, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on reviews with high-level strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTEAM LEADERSHIP & OVERSIGHT
