Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP (inclusive of ASC 606 – Revenue Recognition).
  • Partner with Operations and Legal to facilitate timely contract review and revenue implications.
  • Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain revenue schedules in NetSuite.
  • Review billing schedules in NetSuite.
  • Analyze general ledger activity to identify and explain variances between budget and actuals as well as variances between given time periods.
  • Assisting with external audits and examinations, including international audits and tax treatment.
  • Support CET and clients with Accounts Receivable inquiries.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate current processes and implement effective controls to drive efficiency and streamline the payroll process.
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Developing ad-hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
  • Performing other duties and special projects as requested by management.
