Description:

Robert Half’s trusted client is seeking an Accounting Manager Consultant for a long-term project. This hybrid role is located in Ann Arbor Michigan and will report directly to the Controller.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with BlackLine
  • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Understanding of Auditing processes
  • Ability to manage Billing Functions

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and auditing
  • Ensure the accurate execution of billing functions and maintain comprehensive records
  • Ensure the proper use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated management of main business processes
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to maintain accuracy
  • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
  • Implement and uphold accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that financial information is presented accurately.
