We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of our Probate and Estate Planning department. In this role, you will play a key part in managing collections, monitoring cash flow, reviewing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of trust account activity. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, and naturally inquisitive — someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and helping keep financial operations running smoothly and effectively. Job Type: - Part-time - On-site presence strongly preferred Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting specialized major preferred - Must have experience in a service-based industry, law firm preferred - Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred - Experience with CMS strongly preferred - Reliable transportation to Murrieta required - Demonstrates a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Demonstrates a natural inquisitiveness and a focus on identifying opportunities for efficiencies - Strong analytical thinking skills
