We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our dynamic accounting firm. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CPA with at least five years of public practice experience to step into a leadership role with a clear path to becoming a partner within two to three years.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, all while working closely with existing partners to ensure a seamless transition into partnership.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Accounting Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, audits, reviews, compilations, and regulatory compliance.
• Tax Proficiency: Deep understanding of corporate, personal, and estate tax planning and compliance.
• Financial Advisory: Ability to provide strategic business advice, financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management solutions.
• Software & Technology: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero), tax cycle, and Microsoft Office Suite.

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT SKILLS
