• Own the Books: Manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, delivering insights for better decision-making.
• Streamline & Automate: Implement tools and processes to make accounting more efficient and scalable.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure we meet GAAP requirements, tax obligations, and maintain internal controls.
• Close the Books Fast: Drive a fast, accurate month-end close process.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to support operational and strategic needs.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner department heads, and investors to provide clear financial insights.
• Be Hands-On: Jump into AP/AR, reconciliations, and other operational tasks as needed—no job too small.
